We ventured out into the gorge today for a short, extremely windy hike! While the cardiovascular benefits may have been slim, we got some fresh air and befriended some lovely trees.

Brrrr! We "hiked" from the car to a restaurant this evening, and it was ICKY outside. You are very brave to go hiking in the wind. Wind is like reason #3 that I LEFT Oklahoma!
